I say to you today, my friend, that in spite of the difficulties and frustrations of the moment, I still have a dream. It is a dream deeply rooted in the American dream. I have a dream that one day this nation will rise up and live out the true meaning of its creed ; "We hold these truths to be self-evident; that old men are created equal." I have a dream that one day even state of Mississippi, a desert state sweltering with the heat of injustice and oppression, will be transformed into an oasis of freedom and justice. I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin but by the content of their character. I have a dream.

Within the continuous flow of time already is concealed the eternal form,
the cycle of life and death.
Even within one cycle of the four seasons, various living things unfold their
workings as if it were their lifetime.

Human being also, as if to follow this rhythm, have aspirations,
make eforts to achieve them, and have the time for reflection.
A year has concluded and new cycle is now about to begin.
please imagine that this moment is filled with the light of rebirth.

Rebirth does not mean severance from the past.
It means to be born anew so that we can let all experiences of the past year,
with it joys and sorrows, blossom and produce fruit.
Please recall to mind the various feelings you bore.
Without discarding what dislike or avoiding your weaknesses,
please believe in your true self that blossoms together with them all.
You are now
trying to become your true self.
This is the time to take the first step to the opening of a new dimension.

Be a truely meaningful time.
May our walk be an forgettable one.

May all encounters and incidents
All jyoys and sorrows
Which this year enfolds
Fulltime their meanings.

Please guide me
To find my true life's work
And respond to true needs
In the floow of time which occurs only once in a lifetime.
